About us
Early 2008
Synergy was started in 2008 by Murugan Krishna Moorthy, a veteran in the
industry with over 28 years experience in manufacturing and selling commercial diving
equipment to contractors around the world.
The company started with just 4 employees working out of a small
warehouse in Dubai, but quickly expanded as there was a great demand for
quality diving equipment including maintenance, repairs and certification.
All of products are designed with the diver in mind, at a competitive price.
2009 - 2017
In 2009, Synergy was awarded a major equipment supply , maintenance
and services contract by Archirodon , a marine construction company, for the
Khalifa Port project in Abu Dhabi. With over 14 diving chambers, 8 dive
control containers, 8 gas storage rooms, 16 scuba replacement units, and
personal diving gear for over 200 divers, it was a turning point
for us to enter the big leagues. This was followed in quick succession with
another major order from Athena, another marine construction company,
for the Fujairah port berth extensions,with a further 4 diving chambers, 12
scuba replacement units, 4 gas storage rooms and divers personal gear.
Synergy have never looked back from that period, bringing all the
manufacturing, maintenance, trading and refurbishment activities in late
2009 with our first purpose built facility in Al Ghusais Industrial area in
Dubai. With marine construction and oil field activities booming in the gulf,
Synergy went on to become one of the largest suppliers of diving
equipment in the Middle East.
Being authorized distributors for many global well known diving equipment
manufacturers, Synergy specialize in the subsea industry and have an
enviable track record for the past 12 years and counting.
From 2008 to 2017, Synergy matured into a modern manufacturing unit,with an enviable track record, and acquiring engineering capabilities second to none.
2018
Was a sea change at Synergy. Synergy Innovative Diving Equipment Trading LLC was established, with a major emphasis on engineering, design and quality. Beginning with modern offices, to the latest manufacturing equipment facility.
The manufacturing facilities were expanded to include three 4500 sq ft
warehousing units, with dedicated fabrication , engineering, production,
assembly, integration, testing and certification all now housed under one
roof, providing an all in solution to client needs.
As the name says it, innovation is our forte. Every equipment that is
manufactured by Synergy goes through a process of in depth discussions
with clients, design, engineering, manufacturing and rigorous testing
keeping in mind the harsh environment in which the equipment will be
used.
Our current designs of diving equipment are world class, well received by
the industry, and our success is owed to core valued implemented at Synergy - hard work and ethics that are
at the heart of everything we do.
2019
Focus was to strengthen our quality control processes, and this was successfully implemented, with Synergy obtaining accreditation for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2018 and ISO 45001:2015, cementing our reputation for quality products offered at the most competitive prices.
2024
With our ever expanding product range and new brands, Synergy
successfully launched the Diver-vision series of underwater videos sytems (for
one,two and three diver systems) and Diver-Skin of neoprene wetsuits
(from 0.5mm to 5mm thick), to provide a complete solution to all diving
contractor needs.
Synergy also obtained the ICV certification as per the new ADNOC
guidelines, becoming a preferred vendor to ADNOC and other
government entities.
Synergy have now reached a whole new dimension, with more orders and
tenders being awarded , our new stock data base enabling us to keep track
of every component being ordered, stocked, manufactured and sold, with
an increase in dedicated office space, accounts, reception, sales,
manufacturing, warehousing and fabrication.
